Is Eli Lilly a Good Company to Work for

Thank you for your ideas! Please note that it may take up to an hour for your review to be included in the company`s reviews. « Eli Lilly and Co is a great company, especially for young professionals who want to learn more about the pharmaceutical industry. The focus on mentorship and continuous learning are among the best aspects of the culture. « Very nice place to work. I worked there for many years and gained a lot of valuable experience. « I`ve been with Lilly for 15 years. The satisfaction of the experience/role depends heavily on the field of activity/function in which you work. Some areas are extremely politically charged, where leadership teams don`t work well together, Sr leaders demonstrate poor leadership or even individual behavior, while other areas are much more collaborative, supporting innovation, leaders displaying appropriate behaviors, supporting their teams and individual development. I recommend work experience in widely diversified roles, such as finance, project management, customer service, marketing, supporting drug development teams.

My advice is to do your homework/networking on functional leadership before taking on roles in their organizations. « I`ve been with Lilly since 2015, it`s a hyper-connected organization that regularly gets lost in a value vacuum and is disconnected from its end users. That being said, they have a strong scientific organization and a growing portfolio with new leaders trying to challenge the status quo. « Lilly is a great company and very inclusive for everyone who wants to be a part of it. » « Great company to work with. Very good work-life balance. « There is a brain drain here. The company does not support career development. Half of the employees are more interested in the social aspect and do not work. Others have to do the work.

People who don`t like working become managers and have no idea how things go. » Do you work in HR, employer branding or recruitment at ${companyName}? Do you want more women to join your organization and thrive? Tell your story today and accelerate your Gender DEI initiatives! « I worked for Eli Lilly as an intern for researchers, helping them develop a custom priming detection system for their smart insulin pen. It`s a really good company with helpful mentors and friendly colleagues » Do you know anyone in HR, employer branding or recruitment who might want to help more women join or stay with ${companyName}? Tell us who › « This is a big company. The business model establishes a high degree of self-management for employees. Therefore, managers can focus on their personal work. This means they don`t pay much attention to who does what in their departments. Management has trouble differentiating between employees. As a rule, everyone receives almost the same salary increases and compensation. If you are an above average employee, you will not be recognized for what you do. You are better off with another employer. If you are below average, then this is the place for you because you can sail without management noticing, and you will receive the same salary increase as others.

« I`ve been with Lilly for 5 years. Lilly has great values and truly appreciates its employees. The company operates with the utmost integrity » « I find it to be a solid company that provides the resources you need to succeed in your role. Opportunities to advance in your career path are highly motivating and a great place to work. « I worked for Eli Lilly last summer. It was a great experience that allowed me to grow as an engineer and build my network with the people around me. » Do you know someone we should contact to claim the Wonderful Wonderful site on InHerSight? Let us know and we will contact you! « Great environment to start your career as a full-stack developer. »
