Is Divorce Legal in Pakistan

1. If a person intends to divorce his wife, he shall bring an action before the Personal Status Court and request that it be enforced and that an order be made. If a person cannot appeal to the court, registering the divorce with the court during the iddat period is binding on him. But the second caliph noted that people who pronounce divorces only want a lot of time, and to avoid this undesirable practice, he introduced the rule that the proclamation of three divorces at the same time is treated as three divorces or one final divorce or Mughallazah.
