The cost, payable only in cash or by credit card, is $15 if there are no minor children of the marriage, or $20 if minor children emerge from the marriage. You need to buy a package in front of the clinic and bring it with a pencil to the clinic. Please make a photocopy of the petition, subpoena, order and support order (if there are children of the marriage) so that you can take notes on the photocopy. A clerk and/or lawyer will be at the clinic to provide you with general information and inform you on how to complete and submit the forms upon dissolution of the marriage. The clinic is free.
