Ageing : Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. Ageing for 15 months.
Character : Dark robe with purple reflect. Intense ripe fruit and spicy nose, blueberries, garrigue fragrances and truffles. On the palate, this wine is full with ripe fruit flavours and spices. The tannins are very smooth. A full bodied, well structured and rich wine with a long finish
Ageing potential : 10-15 years
Gastnonomy : Goes well with beef stew, grilled duck, roasted chicken with rosemary and garlic or veal with wild mushrooms
Serving suggestions : Temperature: 18°C, Serve in a large glass, or decant bottle
