Character : Bright golden colour. Scents of fresh fruits like peach, apricot and also floral. On the palate this wine is elegant, harmony and silky smooth with nice maturity. It has a long finish

Gastronomy : Goes very well with scallops, seafood chowder, fish, white meat or roasted veal
