The Wines
The wines from La Clape closely resemble the vines, encircled by “garrigue” and pine forests – the rounded supple floral aromas have a powerful and generous supporting structure that enchants the senses.

The luxurious aromatic palette and the balance of wines of the Mas of Soleilla place this one among the big domains of Languedoc.
Sunny, generous, perfumed by the scrubland and the sea sprays, the Mediterranean soil of Clape expresses itself with elegance and delicacy there, led by the spirit of Peter Wildbolz.
Around the Mas, the long rows of vineyards undulate towards the horizon. Between the wine grower and the grape takes place a fertile exchange. Every plot of land, every vine, every vintage wine, every day of the year introduce the man who sublimates the strength of a sun fruit.
Peter Wildbolz surrounds with his attentiveness vineyards, cellars, grape harvest, wine to become there.
Not of about, no fate. His work bases on the quality requirement and on its will to go at the bottom of things, in an initiative of organic farming.
This requirement, this will, are perceptible in all.
The complexity of wines does not make them difficult to access: they offer themselves with thanks to your greed, that you are experienced amateur or a greenhorn.
Their aromas offer the imagination. In mouth, they are fresh, dense, silky, and their finale caresses sensually the palace.
Nothing aggressive or of rough. Nothing heavy.
For red, crisping fruit, farandole of spices, floral delicacies: blackberry, raspberry, licorice, violet, iris, truffle … Freshness, curvature, velvety tannins.
In white, exotic wealthiness and mineral delicacy: sweetness of the apricot, the crystallized orange, the vanilla, the distinction of the flint.
